Position Summary:
As an Business Architect Associate you will be responsible for learning Pro-Map, working with stakeholders, process documentation, and reporting.

You will join a team of talented professionals who work collaboratively with the entire organizational as a shared service, technical subject matter experts, and policy writers to provide the infrastructure for the organization. This is an associate level position on the business architecture team. This position requires some level of process improvement education and experience. The Associate will be an integral part of a process integration project. It combines process improvement, analysis, and project management skills to deliver the desired business outcomes and valuable results. This role will be responsible for assisting in capturing and documenting business processes throughout the Coke Florida Family.

Candidate must be motivated, energetic, and an excellent communicator that will participate in process design, gathering required documents, and be comfortable with working with all levels of the organization.

Skills & Requirements

  • Interact with many stakeholders among the functional business areas to capture processes
  • Communicate current project status to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Good listener, observer, and able to pose questions to stakeholders to gain a better understanding of processes.
  • Facilitates discussions with peer group and leadership with support and oversight from group head and experienced peers
  • Create and Manage project deliverables
  • Gather standard work documents for existing and new processes
  • Communicate with and assist cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
