Summary/Objective
Under general supervision, plans, manages, and evaluates our Blind Vendor clients in managing and growing their business locations by administering and coordinating Business Enterprise services and program activities.
Essential Functions

1.Establishes and maintains relationships with other agencies and organizations in the State or nationally to meet the needs of the blind vendor community.
2.Evaluates the provision and quality of recommended services to assure compliance with program requirements and services.
3.Guides and oversees the distribution of resources.
4.Locate, evaluate, and manage contracts, and other facets associated with the Vending Facility Program.
5.Implements, coordinates, monitor and evaluate all functions within the Vending Facility Program.
6.Work with community stakeholders and resources to proactively identify employment opportunities.
7.Participates in the determination of organizational policies and procedures regarding the operations and management of the Vending Facility Program.
8.Provides policy and/or management guidance to all blind vendors of the Business Enterprise Program.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may occasionally require long hours and weekend work.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, social work, education, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Two (2) or more years of work experience in business management analyzes financial data and actual performance.
- Critical thinking and communication skills.
- Interpret rules, regulation, policies, and procedures to assigned clients, federal, state, local, and private partners.
- Locating and developing new business opportunities, marketing strategies for new business as well as expansion of existing business.
- Two (2) or more years of supervisory positions within restaurants, convenience/grocery stores and vending.
- Two (2) or more years of previous work experience with people with disabilities.
- GA Driver’s License required.
