Position Title: Business Office Assistant

Schedule: Full-Time. Primarily Monday-Friday.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• The Business Office Assistant will work under the direction of the facility's Business Office Manager.
• Maintaining Resident Funds Account
• Prepping Invoices for Accounts Payable
• Posting deposits and credits
• Sorting mail
• Weekly bank deposits
• Meeting with families regarding admission agreements
• Collection letters
• Participating in administrative meetings
• Insurance Enrollment/Medicaid Applications
• Insurance Authorizations

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior business office experience in a long-term care facility, assisted living, or health care facility is preferred.
• Candidate must have a genuine desire to work with disabled persons and seniors who reside in a long-term care setting.
