Our family came together with a shared dream – a more conscious way of eating that is truly GOOD. SaladStop! was founded in 2009 with the aim of bringing a new dimension to salads and a new approach to fast food. We currently operate in Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Spain, Korea and Vietnam. As we expand our footprint in the region, we remain committed to ending ‘pre-made culture’ and ensuring a more conscious way of eating. Working alongside with the Online Operations Manager, you will be part of the team to:

• Develop ideas and support initiatives to improve online operations efficiency (i.e. creating playbooks, enhancing the delivery experience of consumers, etc.).
• Develop strategies for customer satisfaction to increase the quality of customer care.
• Handling user experience issues with loyalty programs.
• Ensure all menus and product availability are updated accurately on 3rd party delivery platforms and in-house applications.
• Drive ad-hoc projects related to online operations.

We're looking for someone with:

• Preferably an existing student in a local school (university/polytechnic/ITE).
• Ability to handle ambiguity.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Desire to understand and delight customers.
• Strong management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
