Key qualifications include:

  • At least 15 years of work in a B2B environment, including substantial senior leadership experience
  • At least 5 years of P&L responsibility that minimally included oversight of sales, operations, and marketing.
  • Exceptional sales management skills with demonstrated success in selling solutions to the leadership teams of Fortune 1000-type accounts.
  • A background in having managed and created effective workflows between sales and operations departments.
  • Dynamic presentation skills and an executive presence and credibility with major clients.
  • A creative problem-solver and mentor—you will be managing a team of 30 professionals.
  • A strategic thinker who can also be very hands-on.
  • An innate ability to pivot action plans as market conditions change or new business opportunities are identified.
