- Assists with the smooth and efficient service of the outlet.
- Ensuring that standards are met at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times

- Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant front/back of the house
- Takes guest orders and delivers items without unnecessary delay
- Possess a thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu

- Ensures mise-en-place is prepared to the requirement and operation needs
- Ensures tables are cleaned and re-set at the conclusion of each course
- Assists in monthly inventory checks on operating equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferred
- GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level/ NITEC certificate
- Possess positive working attitude and proactive attention to detail
- Able to communicate confidently with guests
- Excellent ability to follow established procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products or services to the customer
- Strong customer service skills
- Good team player with passion in F&B industry
- Willing to work on weekends and public holiday
