The ideal Call Center Representative will professionally assist high-volume inbound callers with questions, subscription, membership fees, payments, status updates, and miscellaneous needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to high volume of inbound calls from members, follow established processes, meets quality and production standards
• Manage customer questions, retain members and escalate calls as needed
• Act as a liaison between multiple departments
• Accurately enter notes into database while multitasking live calls

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment preferred
• 2+ years of retail, restaurant, clerical, or hospitality experience accepted
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Minimally high school or GED completed
