Work Scope:

• Assisting the Vogue SG sales team in coordinating commercial campaigns (across digital, print, social, events) between internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met effectively and timely in execution, through close communication across clients, editorial, marketing teams—helping to oversee project executions and working timelines
• Track live digital and social media advertising campaigns progress (statistics) to ensure any established KPIs are met
• Liaise with digital and print ad ops team to set up display campaigns and troubleshooting, ensure print material submission deadlines, and follow up with editorial team for execution of campaign entitlements and submissions due
• Develop post campaign reports for clients, presentations/decks where relevant, key insights where relevant
• Sales support research, data and analytics
• Participate in team/client meetings with sales/editorial/marketing teams where relevant

• Basic understanding of digital platforms and social media, luxury brands across fashion, beauty, watches & jewellery, lifestyle categories
• General interest to learn more about advertising, media and publishing industry through a hands-on experience
