The role:
The Carrier Sales Representative will work to find carriers to haul the loads that the sales and account management team have procured from customers to our current and future carrier base. We’re looking for a hungry, tech savvy, and work smarter type of individual that can come to the organization and crush the job and want more. This individual will be instrumental to our long-term success as you’ll be one of the first pillars of the Tampa office. We are looking for someone who follows the organizations beliefs by leveraging technology to make them more efficient but still maintain relationships both internally and externally. We want to hear your ideas; we’re not looking for someone that says “this is how it’s always been done”. We need someone who can bring ideas to the table and drive better organizational execution through their production and desire to be more efficient.
