DHL Express US has an opening for a CQT Assistant. This role will compile and analyze data from a variety of sources. Identify misalignment of account attributes as a result of improper account set up or change in customer legal entity and coordinate with other business units to make corrections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works cross-functionally with various Finance and Commercial teams/levels within US, Region and Global
• Compile and analyze data from a variety of sources
• Identify misalignment of account attributes as a result of improper account set up or change in customer legal entity and coordinate with other business units to make corrections
• Requires considerable knowledge of DHL processes, including but not limited to, Finance Grouping, Commercial Grouping, Customer Master Setup, EDI, Pricing and AR with the ability to interpret, analyze and summarize data into preliminary recommendations
• Performs advanced level professional work, identifying key barriers/core problems and applying problem-solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems
• Receives guidance only on unusual complex problems or issues
• Work review typically involves periodic review of output by supervisor and/or direct customers of the process
• Responsible for the processing and status of all updates for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
• Errors in judgment or failure to achieve objectives would typically result in noticeable program delays and considerable expenditure of resources to rectify

Skills & Qualifications:

• Requires considerable knowledge of DHL processes, including but not limited to, Finance Grouping, Commercial Grouping, Customer Master Setup, EDI, Pricing and AR with the ability to interpret, analyze and summarize data into preliminary recommendations
• Nature of work requires increasing independence
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• SQL preferred
• Project Management Skills
