**GENERAL ATTRIBUTES AND POSITION DESCRIPTION**

SEEKING A HANDS ON, EXECUTIVE CHEF EXPERIENCED IN THE CREATION OF MULTIPLE CONCEPTS FROM SCRATCH AND SIMULTANEOUS OPENINGS TO ALSO ORGANIZE THE CATERING COMPANY IN LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT BROWARD COUNTY AND SOUTH BOCA RATON. .

THE EXECUTIVE CHEF is a team member of a bigger organization with central support of a central office staff for HR and Accounting.

We offer above market base salary, employee benefits (health (Employer sponsored at 50%), PTO, 401K (MATCHING 4%) ) and a negotiated part of the profits based on ability, experience and ABOVE ALL, RESULTS. We have room for expansion and we are open to other ideas for our other locations if interested in any of our other concepts. Benefits: Bonuses based on KPIs (Quarterly) and in addition 401K with up to 4% employer matching contribution (after one year). 50% Employer contribution for Medical insurance and other optional Insurance policies. Paid Time off.
