Skidders Restaurant is seeking a Chef De Cuisine to lead our culinary team. We are looking for someone who is hands-on with in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the kitchen. Will work closely with the Ownership and General Manager. Will be expected to follow all guidelines set by the Skidders Restaurant and possess the ability to work on all stations in the restaurant. This is a working chef position and perfect for that chef with drive. New restaurant company purchased a busy restaurant and is seeking that talented individual to help with new menu items, inventory systems, purchasing, scheduling, staffing, and all other BOH aspects.

Must be dedicated, detail oriented and well organized.

Open availability is required. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Physical requirements include: Will spend long hours on your feet. Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs unassisted. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
