If yes to the above, then apply to become an Enrichment Instructor at Strategic Kids today!

Help students develop confidence and become a coach. Coaches will be provided weekly lesson plans and guidance/mentorship. Coaches just need to have a passion for teaching and a desire to watch students grow. Classes are activity based with games designed to build communication skills and strengthen confidence. Instructors should be high energy.

We are actively looking to hire the BEST Enrichment Coaches to teach kids one or more of the following:

Chess

LEGO

Magic

Origami

Speech and Debate

EXPERIENCE:

Applicants must have some experience working with children (1 year required).

WORK HOURS:

Monday to Friday

Hours may vary any time between 1 pm to 6 pm.

WORK LOCATIONS:

This position requires commuting to different school sites- We offer a gas stipend!

Public, private, charter, and home schools throughout Orange County, including Dana Point, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo, Orange, and San Clemente.

HOURLY RATE:

$24.00/hour.

One-hour class sessions but will be paid for 1.5 hours (paid an extra 15 minutes before and after each class).

We offer competitive pay! There are always opportunities for raises and bonuses as an enrichment instructor.

PAID MILEAGE:

Strategic Kids pays daily rates for mileage of $10 to $20, based on the distance driving ($10 daily, or $15 if drive is 15+ miles from home to school, or $20 if drive is 20+ miles from home to school).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must do live scan fingerprinting (paid by Strategic Kids) and be cleared before working.
