Job description

This position will be responsible for ensuring the financial well-being of our agency through development of operational and business strategies to meet the needs of our customers. The CFO will oversee the operations of our business office and be responsible for the oversight of 12 staff. This position works closely with the CEO, CHRO and Associate Executive Directors for the strategic direction of the agency. This role will provide leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to the ARC Board and the executive administrative team regarding agency finances, risk management, and strategic initiatives.

This role will provide high-level expertise to the agency including:

• Developing short and long-term financial plans
• Create revenue enhancement and cost efficiency strategies
• Provides advise on the financial implications of agency activities
• Designs the agency’s budget and prepares a spending plan based on the approved budget
• Prepares, reviews, and analyzes Financial Reports
• Works with Government Funding and regulatory entities
• Supports operations in finance-related areas in analyzing and problem-solving solutions

Position Requirements
Master’s Degree in Business or Accounting plus three years or more of experience with financial management responsibility, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting with ten years of financial management experience.
