Role: Chocolatier

Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior Chocolatier in the entire chocolate making process. Includes tempering chocolate, molding chocolate, packaging chocolate, and storing chocolate properly.
• Assist the senior Chocolatier in preparing all necessary materials needed to create our chocolate arrangements (i.e. cutting ribbons, mesh & paper decorations, preserved flowers, product retail bags, product brochures, etc.)
• Engage in handcrafting and packaging our chocolate bouquets, arrangements, and products per the required specifications.
• Maintain a clean working environment, including but not limited to washing and sanitizing chocolate molds, tempering stations, work stations, sweeping the floors, disposing of garbage, and reorganizing materials.

Requirements:

• No prior chocolate making experience required (on-site training will be given)
• Need to be good with working with your hands
• Good listener and ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments
• Availability to work certain weekends during seasonal periods (i.e. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.)
• Need to be able to commute to on-site location

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
