PURPOSE STATEMENT
This position reviews, organizes, and files documents, and receives and assigns pickup and delivery appointments within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Demonstrate ability to understand and take directions
- Must have good mathematical, technical, organizational and time management skills.
- Read, write and speak English. Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
- Inventory Control experience highly preferable
- Must be able to work weekends and other shifts as needed
- Prior experience working with RF scanners and SAP is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and PDF experience
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Communication Proficiency.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
Must follow associate and equipment safety policies and report safety incidents and accidents to a Warehouse Team Leader, Manager and EH&S Manager right away.
Must follow all company GMP’s, Food Safety, Food Quality, and associate rules and regulation as required.
