Position Summary: This position is responsible for Daily Data Entry of client and account data including (but not limited to) Custody Control Forms, Breath Alcohol Tests, and Physical Exams (including first audit of DOT Physical Exams). Daily Audits that involve outbound calls to laboratories and medical facilities to determine if services occurred, to request documentation and amendments for services. Assistance in other departments as needed. Client service inquiries handled through our Ticketing system.
Conduct and monitor FMCSA Clearinghouse Queries. Responsibilities/Job Duties: Average % of time split among daily duties Responsibility 30% Daily Audit of service 25% Data entry for drug, alcohol and Medical exam testing into the propriety database 15% Orientation services specific management 15% Communicate with clients via email, phone, and ticketing system 15% Conduct and Monitor FMCSA Clearinghouse Queries Qualifications Required: • Intermediate skills working with Microsoft office • Type 30+ WPM • Organized • Detail-oriented • Ability to multi-task • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Ability to work well with others and on your own Qualifications Desired: • Previous experience working in an office environment • Previous experience with database entry, and working with other individuals and in a team environment Education Required: High School Diploma Travel: None Overtime: As needed
