Assist Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician with day-to-day clinic operation. Answering of phone calls and assist customers with their queries. Scheduling of appointment and registration for patients Processing of invoice and payments Dispensary of medication Collection of payment from customers Use of online clinic system Purchase of medicines and support materials Stock checks and updates Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to timeQualifications Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels with at least one year of working experience in customer service & admin. Obtained relevant certificates on TCM Herbal Courses preferred Past experience working in other TCM clinics preferred Able to work independently with minimum supervision or in a team environment Basic computer skills Willingness to work on night shifts and Saturdays
