DESIGNATION : Clinic Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician with day-to-day clinic operation.
- Answering of phone calls and assist customers with their queries.
- Scheduling of appointment and registration for patients
- Processing of invoice and payments
- Dispensary of medication
- Collection of payment from customers
- Use of online clinic system
- Purchase of medicines and support materials
- Stock checks and updates
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels with at least one year of working experience in customer service & admin. Obtained relevant certificates on TCM Herbal Courses preferred
- Past experience working in other TCM clinics preferred
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision or in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work on night shifts and Saturdays
- Must be comfortable with shift work
QUALIFICATIONS
