Role Description

  • Billing, checking patient details, past invoices, appointment records, and checking payment records using Clinic software.
  • Data entry of patient’s particulars into the Clinic system
  • Assist in scheduling future appointments and other related bookings via emails, mobile phone, and Whatsapp messages.
  • Send reminders to patients for upcoming appointments
  • Maintenance of the general cleanliness of the clinic.
  • Miscellaneous duties include managing clinic inventories and ensuring that they are replenished whenever required,

Requirements

  • Able to use Microsoft Office and MS Outlook.
  • Friendly, positive, meticulous, and a team player.
  • Responsible and follows through with tasks given.
  • Willing to learn.

Part-Time Position

  • Hourly rate - $10-$12/hour
  • Morning and afternoon shift
