Darby Creek Counseling has offices in Hilliard and London, OH and is in need of a Clinical Director and a Clinical Counseling Supervisor.

The full-time Director position will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations of the practice , will provide work supervision for Clinical Supervisors and Site Mangers and will provide training supervision for dependently licensed therapists and interns. This position will be based in the Hilliard office.

The full-time Clinical Counselor Supervisor position will require carrying a small caseload of in-person and/or TeleHealth clients and supervising Counselor Interns and/or LPC Therapists. This positon could be based in either the Hilliard or London offices.

Benefits available for full-time salaried staff include regular salary, all purpose PTO, simple IRA, free access to unlimited primary care (major medical health insurance is not currently available). An HSA and an employer sponsered ICHRA plan are also available for qualifying employees.
