- Department Relationship and Demand Management
- Schedule: 8-hour shift; Monday - Friday
- Location: Onsite with primary assignment in Appleton, Chilton, and Oshkosh, WI areas
- Can establish trust and build strong relationships with clinicians, leadership and partners
- Able to communicate with various levels of users within the organization
- Writes clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles while tailoring the message based on audience
- Ability to document clearly and concisely for communications and workflows
- Embraces change and is not limited to past or current thinking: willing to try new methods
- Disseminates communications as needed (physical flyers, safety huddles, department rounds)
- Onboarding readiness preparation
- EHR Training, Dragon, EPCS, at-the-elbow support, rounding/end user adoption
- Project go-live support (rounds, elbow support, training, etc)
- Downtime / outage support
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Acute care work experience required (unit clerk, nurse assistant, medical assistant, procedure tech, student, etc)
