What you will be doing:

The Clinical Laboratory QA (Quality Assurance) Analyst is a supportive role within the QA department that assists with planning, implementing, and monitoring the Quality Management System (QMS). The Lab QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the laboratory meets quality and productivity standards and complies with all regulatory and safety standards as defined by CAP, JCAHO, CLIA and OSHA.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Education: Bachelors Degree, required
• Skills/Competencies:
  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary software programs (e.g. LIS, Media Lab, Asana, etc.). Tableau is a plus!
  • Ability to travel <10% of time
• Experience:
  • 2 years prior clinical laboratory experience. If you are coming from a lab technician or lab assistant background and are interested in Quality Assurance, we'd love to consider your application!
  • Experience in infectious disease PCR testing is a must!
  • Experience with QuantStudio 12K and 5 /OpenArray/etc. OpenArray for Infectious Disease is a plus!
  • Experience with Tableau and ML are preferred.
  • Experience with CAP Inspections - plus if your experience is as a CAP inspector.
  • Experience within a clinical lab/diagnostic setting strongly preferred. Plus if you have experience with validations.

Additional information:

• Compensation ranges from $70k - $85k annually
  • Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certification.
• Location: Clarksville, IN 47129. Onsite!
• Travel requirement would be 30%-40% (30% remote/work from home, 40% on site in Clarksville, IN and 30% traveling to Atlanta Lab)
• 1st Shift: 6:00am - 3:00pm
