Cascade Health Services is currently seeking a Clinical Liaison to cover the San Antonio and hill country area. Cascade is a privately owned skilled nursing organization, based in Texas. Our mission is to be the most trusted name in providing safe, quality, compassionate and hospitable skilled nursing care in Texas.
The Clinical Liaison will cover business development and initial referral intake for two skilled nursing facilities in the hill country area. The Clinical Liaison will assist with coordination of the referral to admission process and represent our company in community related activities. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with area physicians, hospitals, and case managers.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ marketing/business development experience in a healthcare setting.
- Multi-facility marketing experience is highly desired.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
- Effective written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Active RN or LVN, preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Must have an extensive understanding of healthcare operations, legal guidelines, competitive analysis and market trends for greater San Antonio area.
- Must be able to develop and implement marketing plan based on knowledge and experience.
- Evaluate resident referrals to ensure placement is appropriate.
- Develop relationships with key accounts.
- Establish and execute a plan to ensure budgeted census is achieved and maintained.
- Build referral relationships within geographic territory.
- Recognize and identify barriers to admissions and respond appropriately to resolve.
