Due to the increase and the need for a diverse group of licensed psychologists we decided to expand our staff at the Institute for Transformation and Change, which is a bicultural, bilingual, LGBTQ practice which is providing psychological testing for children and adults along with individual therapy. We are providing 80% of our services online. We will be hiring psychologists as Independent Contractors who are able to set their own schedule. We are especially interested in hiring psychologists who specialize in neuropsychological assessments.

This is a 1099 position; your schedule is based on the school schedule - You can either work part time or full time. You may also carry a client load at ITC.

The Institute for Transformation and Change will take care of your billing, credentialing, insurance claims, everything you need - so your only requirement is to assess the client and write the report. You may also do therapy if you are interested.

Because this is a 1099 rather than a W2 position, We will not be providing traditional benefits such as health insurance, retirement, paid sick days/vacation days. Instead, you'll have access to an established organization who has several contracts throughout the Bay area for school assessments and individual psychological testing.

Pay is 70%. So for example: if you charge $1500 for an assessment, you'll keep $1050 and the remainder will go back to ITC in order to pay our staff, virtual platforms, marketing, and social media.
