Job description
Shift - 9:20am to 6:30pm
Essential Functions
Greet and assist clients with questions, concerns, payments and appointments in person and via phone.
Essential Responsibilities:
Communicate and assist effectively with walk-in clients.
Manage incoming calls.
Manage and log incoming and outgoing messages.
Distribute faxes.
Log call back report.
Accept Homeowner’s payments.
Assist clients with various HOA concerns and/or questions ranging from maintenance, accounting, violations, and other community issues.
Respond to emails and phone calls and document communications.
Communicate well with fellow employees and be comfortable working as part of a team.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and should enjoy working with a diverse clientele.
Demonstrate the ability to independently manage workload, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure and adjust to change.
Demonstrate the ability to manage time to maximize maintaining on-going relationships with clients
Must demonstrate integrity and strong character.
Must maintain a professional, calm and patient demeanor to clients and staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Know how to operate standard office equipment with minimal training (i.e. fax, copier, scanner, etc.).
Typing speed of 50 WPM
Communicate and assist effectively with walk-in customers.
Manage and log incoming packages.
Accept Homeowners dues payments.
