T-Rex Solutions is looking to select a Cloud Service Delivery Manager to support the US Department of the Treasury TCloud enterprise cloud development effort. This effort aims to facilitate holistic multi-cloud solutions to meet the Department of Treasury's enterprise-wide infrastructure needs.

Responsibilities:

• Define service level agreements (SLA's) in relation to contracted services, and services provides from Cloud Service Providers.
• Ensure SLA's are achieved and service quality and client expectations are met.
• Effectively monitor, control and support internal and Public Cloud provided service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are followed.
• Support the Program Manager and Transition Manager in the delivery of Enterprise/Cloud Management Services including
• Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, cost, timeline risks and issues appropriately.
• Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
• Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and 18+ years of experience and knowledge implementing Cloud best practices
• Experience in one of the following disciplines: Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Management/Business Management, or Computer Science.
• Strong experience in one or more architecture domains (e.g. business architecture, solutions architecture, application architecture)
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology, including Software as Service (SaaS), Platform as Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
• Experience working in the public cloud.
• US Citizenship required

Desired:

• AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate or higher certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Active Treasury clearance preferred

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $190,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
