The Nurse Network has immediate needs for CNAs to work at nice assisted living facility in the New Haven County.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for residents daily according to your work list and assignment
• Aid with activities of daily living according to resident's individualized care plan
• Assist resident's to perform passive range of motion (ROM) exercises, as per plan of care
• Observe and record assistance with prescribed ,medications(medication reminders), as per assignment
• Document clearly and objectively on residents
• Be patient and understanding when communicating with staff, residents, and visitors. Speak slowly and clearly
• Maintain required safety/building checks
• Perform other duties, as required

Requirements:

• Prior experience required, preferably in assisted living/ homecare
• Valid CNA Certificate
• Proof of COVID vaccine and booster
• Drug test and fingerprints
