Associa is currently looking for a Code Inspector to join our team. As a Community Association Manager, you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and
electronically. - Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of
complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues. - Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.
- Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve
minimum property standards.
Requirements
- Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
- Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
- Knowledge of architectural plans and/or drawings at a proficient level.
