Purpose of the role: To provide a good online/in-store shopping experience for customers through excellent customer service, inventory management, and efficient fulfilment of orders

You Will:

1. Track and update inventory, and assist in ordering, if required, using the Dear system

2. Manage the inventory, which includes unpacking deliveries and arranging items on shelves

3. Keep track of the daily coffee inventory, and place orders on a weekly basis

4. Upload new items and coffee to Shopify, as well as other online marketplaces

5. Pack and prepare e-commerce orders, and fulfil them within the given time frame

6. Establish healthy connections between the team and guests [SO1]

7. Assist guests with their enquiries and purchases on Shopify Chat, email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms

8. Handle all enquiries related to repairs, exchanges, and returns

9. Maintain and keep your workplace clean, and schedule mechanical maintenance when required

10. Work closely with the production team to ensure hygiene standards are met

11. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth product launches, and issue updates when required

12. Help out with other ad-hoc duties, which include cleaning and assisting your peers if required

Skills

1. Fluent in English

2. Have basic understanding of mathematics

3. Familiarity with MacOS is preferred but not required
