Project Description

This 5 year project involves maintenance and support of an Oracle Fusion Financial Management System (FMS), which is an existing Oracle Cloud ERP system for a Non-appropriated Fund activity. Cognos is the reporting solution.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assistance for report modifications.
• Provide report troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Support in error research and resolution.
• Provide training materials and learning sessions using non-development environments.
• Provide training to functional and technical staff for reports developed, fixed, and/or enhanced.

Qualifications:

• Five years experience with Cognos either on an implementation team and/or a Help Desk/O&M support team.
• Knowledge of Cognos integrated with Oracle Financials.
• Must be a US Citizen

Primary Location: Quantico, VA - Remote. All work will be performed off-site.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday
