CMC is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our growing team! As the healthcare recruitment industry remains in high-demand for the placement of Nurse Leaders across the country, the need to grow our team at Clinical Management Consultants follows.

The Collections Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Finance Team with billing and collections. CMC is seeking enthusiastic candidates who have previous experience with invoice generation, processing payments and managing delinquent accounts.

The Collections Specialist will have excellent communication and customer service skills and should be prepared to call accounts to follow up on bills. The Collections Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating with staff during the length of their assignments. The Collections Specialist will work closely with Interim Consultants regarding contract extensions and start dates.

Previous experience in any of the following will be considered for the role: finance, accounting, administrative services, high volume billing and collections.
