- FAR GROUP is looking to provide housekeeping services for The campus of the VA Fort Meade, SD.
Job Details:
- Job Title: Janitor
- Location: CBOC (Rapid city VA Clinic) 3625 5th St #100, Rapid City, SD 57701.
- Schedule: Full time, 0600Am -1430Pm or 1400Pm -2230Pm or 2200Pm - 0630Am.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, etc.
- Clean Ceilings; free of dust and spots; paint intact; vents clean and free of dust and lint; light bulbs operable; all ceiling tiles in place.
- Clean floors, free of dust, lint, and stains; no floor finish build-up or accumulation of soil in corners; free of heel and scuff marks; free of discolored floor finish; high luster.
- Housekeeping Closets - Orderly; sink clean; floors and walls clean; equipment clean; door locked; no boxes on floors; no storage within 18" of ceiling; no personal items.
- Equipment - Clean, polished, and stored properly.
- Filters, brushes and batteries checked and serviced properly, cords and hardware tight and intact.
- Drinking Fountains - Stainless steel free of spots and streaks.
- Washing windows, - Clear and clean, not in need of immediate washing; frame clean; glazing intact, clean; paint in good condition.
- Clean air conditioning vents and fans
- Empty/Clean interior and exterior trash receptacles, etc.
