As A Commercial Officer - Data Entry you will upload USG contract documentation into the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This role also includes the ongoing management of Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) data for the North American based businesses.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Work closely with Commercial Managers to understand the data entry workload requirements
  • Upload new and existing contracts into the Rolls-Royce CLM system
  • Complete data transmittal documents to ensure customer acceptance, reporting, distribution, and contract closure
  • Verify information presented by various groups using SAP, EDO, and FileMaker Pro status reports as required
  • Investigate and resolve problems as required
Basic Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year experience in Data Entry/Data Management; OR
  • A Master’s degree
  • An understanding of contractual documentation, terms and the generic structure of contracts
  • In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience working with US Government contracts and working within the US contracting governance frameworks (FARS/DFARS)
