Temporary Commercial Contracts / Product Attorney

Responsible for managing a large volume of vendor and revenue agreements, and work closely with finance, accounting, and business development teams and other key business units to guide agreements through review, negotiation, and execution during our transition to using Ironclad as our new contract management system (CMS).

Job Details:

• Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, such as license agreements, marketing and advertising agreements, NDAs, and other commercial transactional agreements.
• Respond promptly to legal requests from product, business development, finance, marketing, and other clients, summarizing and communicating legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Assist with transition of contract work flow from a Jira contract workflow process to Ironclad, and transition of contract repository from Quickbase to Ironclad.
• Advise and educate business and cross functional stakeholders on legal issues that may include regulatory issues, agreement structures and approval processes, company policies and procedures, IP, digital advertising issues, privacy and data security laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $76.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Education:

• Doctorate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Commercial Agreements: 10 years (Preferred)
• Drafting and Negotiating: 8 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Bar (Required)
