Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Agent/Team Leader

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Pivotal Group, a leading real estate investment firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent/Team Leader to join our team in Beverly Hills. As a Commercial Real Estate Agent/Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of agents, identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new commercial real estate investment opportunities that align with the company's investment strategy. This is a hybrid position, with 50% commission from all sales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of commercial real estate agents to achieve sales goals.
• Identify and evaluate potential commercial real estate investment opportunities, including but not limited to office, retail, and industrial properties.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify areas of opportunity and trends in the commercial real estate market.
• Negotiate and structure deals with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other departments within the company, including legal, finance, and asset management, to ensure successful execution of acquisitions.
• Maintain and develop relationships with industry professionals, including brokers, property owners, and other real estate investors.
• Generate new business by cold calling, networking, and other lead-generating activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and sales.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Knowledge of the commercial real estate market, including trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other industry-related software.
• Active Real Estate License.

Salary: From $158,000.00 per year

Experience level:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and sales.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday with some weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Beverly Hills, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
