We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The superintendent will play a vital role in managing construction activities, ensuring safety and quality during the development of our projects, and contributing to the department's overall success. The successful candidate will have at least five years of work experience supervising crews to complete commercial construction projects and be comfortable working with blueprints and building plans.

Responsibilities:

• Run a company of construction workers.
• Locate jobs from local and state governments.
• Manage a team of construction workers.
• Actively bid for contract work.
• Plan and execute all aspects of construction jobs.
• Supervise crew members during work hours.
• Schedule trades and inspections for new builds.
• Provide specialized knowledge and training to crew members.
• Ensure the safety of workers and customers.

Our job sites are spread out between Jesup, Glennville, Ludowici, and Hinesville locations.

Job Type: Full-time
