Principal Purpose of Position:
Consult with Client Relations and Vehicle Supply Chain teams to develop an ordering strategy using industry expertise to create an extraordinary Holman experience primarily for our One Holman Accounts
Provides strategic supply chain strategy to key accounts from pre-order to delivery, including recommendations for optimizing the next order cycle
Facilitates the coordination and collaboration of key Holman Supply Chain stakeholders in support of supply chain execution from pre-order to delivery including, but not limited to, forecasting, planning, design, placement, and delivery/licensing methodology
Communicate order expectations and order cycle plan to all internal and external stakeholders
Utilizing expertise, mentor client relations and key supply chain support on how to best monitor and forecast customer order cycle to ensure vendor commitments align with actual performance
Interface with manufacturers, dealers, body companies and transport vendors as needed to maintain key relationships that will be shared during consultation
Understand alternative options based on OEM and supplier limitations as well as utilizing Holman preferred vendor partners
Partner with client relations ordering team on completing all necessary pre and post order playbooks and questionnaires to support an exceptional client ordering experience
Support sales by consulting with prospects and customers in implementation as needed
Assigned accounts may necessitate additional duties
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned as the team evolves

Education and/or Training:
Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in college with equivalent and relevant experience

Relevant Work Experience:
Strong working knowledge of and exposure to automotive vehicle supply chain
Working knowledge of automotive manufacturing and distribution
3+ years project management or other equivalent consultative experience
Client management experience including building and strengthening client relationships
Prior presentation experience

Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:
Business acumen and strong desire to understand clients’ business needs
Ability to manage multiple priorities and creatively problem solve
Attention to detail and excellent project management, organizational, and follow-up skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, Business Objects
Familiarity with major upfit vendors, constraints, ship-through, ship-to, licensing and overall supply chain processes

Communicating & Influencing Skills:
Must be able to lead through influence and outside of direct reporting lines
Must be willing to accept responsibility for decisions and situations
Must work cooperatively with others and treat fellow employees with respect
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, customers, and vendors
Must have excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone communication and active listening
