A Contract Delivery Service provider for the United States Postal Service is currently seeking applicants for a CONTRACT MAIL CARRIER (1099 POSITION) at the FRIONA, TX Post Office.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have legal documentation to work in the United States
• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
• Must reside in the area or neighboring town/city
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Must reside in close proximity to FRIONA, TX
• Must obtain a EIN via irs.gov

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sorting mail in delivery sequence for active mailboxes
• Loading mail and parcels in delivery sequence into a delivery vehicle.
• Delivering mail to customer boxes along an assigned line-of-travel.
• Dismounting if required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items.
• Other administrative duties are required.
• Must be able to work independently after 4 days of training
• Vehicle provided

Must be available to start immediately upon hire

• Work Schedule: 3-6 days per week
• Federal Government Holidays observed
• Time: 7:45 am - until finished
• Salary: $80/day during four (4) day training period then $120/day after training is complete.
• Paid bi-weekly
• **Schedule is subject to change as company needs may change without prior notice**

Pay: $120.00 per day

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Friona, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
