Aramark Canada is looking for 4 Contract Recruiters focused on hourly staffing across various operations in Central, West and East Canada regions.

This is a 4 month contract, with a potential of extension depending on individual performance and business needs.
The position is 100% remote based, recruiters can be based anywhere in Ontario, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Quebec, Atlantic region. As long as you have the ability to connect to reliable source of wi-fi and have access to a phone service to call nationally.

The Recruiter is a brand ambassador for Aramark, creatively identifying candidates while championing for the company’s brand to attract a diverse workforce. You will be responsible for creative advertising, creative & out of the box sourcing techniques to engage with candidates and create a robust database of applications.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting high-volume hourly recruiting and working closely with the Operations Support Managers to ensure there is strategy and support built for generating volume numbers within tight timelines across multiple regions and markets
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Aramark in the marketplace, championing the company’s brand to build awareness and attract diverse talent
  • Leverage business knowledge, market intelligence, and industry trends to support the build of quality candidate slates
  • Supports / Leads internal/external job fairs, open houses, and community-based recruiting events
  • Maintain integrity of data in recruiting database and applicant tracking system, and produce recruiting reports as necessary
  • Responsible for compliance reporting, ensuring real-time candidate status updates and records maintenance for audit and / or compliance
  • Develop and maintain local community partnerships to build talent pools as well as other diverse sources, to support hiring manager’s local recruitment efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in high volume recruiting, corporate and / or agency / retail store recruitment experience will be considered
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma required
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to consistently contribute in a fast-paced changing work environment
  • Excellent communication skills required: bilingual in French and English would be considered an asset and advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required, this includes: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
  • Experience in the hospitality and retail industry would be highly preferred
  • Expert ability to externally build strong community partnerships to drive talent pools
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; SAP Success Factors would be an asset
