The key responsibilities of the Manager are the oversight and management of the Parents And Children Together government and private funder revenue contract flow processes from start to finish, including development and execution, documentation, filing/access, compliance with insurance and administrative requirements, and deliverables tracking. The Manager works closely with Program Directors, external Contract Administrators and funders, development staff, and other administration staff. They provide drafting and tracking support for legal documents related to corporate and contract compliance, corporate registrations, independent contractors, business associates and vendor agreements, and Memoranda of Agreement with partners. The position is under the direct supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and supervises no staff.

Education and Training Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or paralegal certification, and minimum two years paid relevant experience (government proposals, contract and bid documents, legal documents, contracts management, etc.).
  • Four (4) years paid full-time experience managing legal documents (ideally including State and/or Federal contracts).
