Control Centre Customer Service

Job Descriptions:

- Basic $2.1 - $2.3k + Shift allowance (max $300)

• Quarterly performance incentive (max $750)

• West Area (5min from Jurong East MRT)

• Working hours: 4days work, Multiple Shifts (8:30am – 8:30pm / 8:30pm – 8:30am)

• Off days: rotate (1 weekend will off)
  

Other Benefits:

• Annual Leave: 14 days + 1 day each year, max 25 days

• AWS: 1 month basic

• Training : 5 days Permanent Security Certificate Course (Course fee $800+) paid by the company (6-month Training Bond)
  

Job Responsibilities:

• To attend to customers’ enquiries on products, accounts and services, and offer alternatives solutions to fulfill customer needs, ensuring total customer satisfaction.

• To gather customer feedback, identify problem trends and highlight to Team Leader & Supervisors for discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.
