COOKS

• Work both kitchen and counter area.
• Effectively and restfully communicate with all staff.
• Perform many basic tasks of food preparation and organization in the kitchen.
• Work the line during service, ensuring the highest standards are met and maintained.
• Monitor the quality and presentation of dishes, only those which meet our highest standards, are served to our guest.
• Ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained by following cleaning routines and through ongoing diligence during the shift and in set-up and clean up procedures.
• Must have food handler certificate.

WAITSTAFF

• Responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to all bar guest, including suggestively selling both food and beverages.
• Promptly replenishing drinks as they are depleted and clearing tables throughout the shift.
• This position is instrumental in creating an environment of relaxed attentiveness leaving the guest with the impression that their requests are the server's top priority at all times.
• The server must seek opportunities to create memories by anticipating the guest's needs, exceeding expectations, and building a connection with the guest built on trust and great service.
• Experience in POS system.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have a high school diploma/GED.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.20 - $16.00 per hour
