Hebrew SeniorLife is looking for cooks who have a passion for preparing high quality meals for a population with diverse needs and preferences!

We are looking for someone who...

1. Has knowledge of the methods needed to prepare food in large quantities, particularly meats, fish, and vegetables

2. Maintains high standards of quality in food preparation by the use of standardized recipes, proper cooking methods, portion control, making sure cold foods are served cold, hot foods are served hot, reporting food needs to the Chef in writing

3. Maintains a genuine interest and caring attitude toward seniors

4. Is reliable, self starter, and a team player

Weekend and holiday availability required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.08 per hour
