Urban Chislic in Sioux Falls, SD is looking for one cook to join our 17 person strong team. We are located on 431 W. 85th Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Needing weekend shifts but not every weekend. Pay is between $14-$18 based upon experience and reliability. Our kitchen closes by 9PM most nights and 8PM some nights.

Responsibilities

*Close Kitchen and Open Kitchen *Set up workstations *Cook dishes to business standards *Follow health and safety guidelines *Prepare ingredients for use during shift

*Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Understand Food Safety and Process

About Urban Chislic: Chislic is a South Dakota tradition – specifically a southeast South Dakota tradition. Legend says it was brought to that little corner of our state in the 1800s by German Russian immigrants. Apparently it was so good, those sneaky farmers kept the recipe to themselves.
