The Coordinator House Ticketing, is responsible for helping to manage, process and communicate all internal and external house seat requests across MSG Entertainment venues. This is an extremely detail-oriented job for someone who is willing to learn.
What will you do?
- Processing ticket requests using several systems: RequesTix (internal), Ticketmaster Host and Archtics
- Assist with Requestix updates, coordinating with Technology on any issues
- Tracking the status of all ticket requests, from submission through post-event audit procedures
- Manage inventory for upcoming events, releasing seats to public on sale, as needed
- Creating reports as needed
- Communicating with internal and external requestors regarding any ticket issues, changes/updates, confirmations, event changes, etc.
- Working with Internal Communications to make sure ticketing procedures are updated on the company’s intranet
- Uphold house ticketing policies throughout the request and reporting process
- Train colleagues on ticketing systems and processes
What do you need to succeed?
- Experience with Ticketmaster Host, Ticketmaster Archtics, and TM One.
- Tableau experience a plus
- Strong excel skills
- Detail orientated
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a timely manner
