Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and objectives to ensure departmental goals are met. Design and publish the department’s publications, including catalogs, flyers, displays and social media content. Maintain its web presence, collect and publish articles for department and university publications and newsletters/journals. Design department digital and visual presentations. Train and supervise assigned staff, students and volunteers as assigned. May represent the department at meetings associated with job function. During declared campus emergencies, this position may be required to perform specific job related duties at a designated off campus location or place of residence.

• Assist with copywriting for all marketing initiatives including brochures, HTML, advertisements, letters and e-mail correspondence
• Work with vendors to collect quotes on production jobs
• Plan and implement video and photo shoots
• Provide graphic design for the division
• Maintain and monitor social media presence
• Develop and manage distribution lists; analyze the effectiveness of those lists for generating enrollments
• Create and distribute electronic e-mail correspondence and newsletters
• Utilize the division’s CRM software (CampusCE), Constant Contact, and other customer focused software systems; maintain the division’s web page
• Manage the dynamic relationship between the webpage and Campus CE
• Analyze marketing approaches, return on investment and make recommendations to the Associate Director on effective approaches
• Assist the Associate Director in publishing the Division’s Annual Report (published annually in September)
• Maintain and adjust the current and future customer and student communication flow, in collaboration with the directors and dean
