Position Function
Maintain inventory and manage rental of university owned properties including instruments, equipment and lockers, assist with School of Music building security, scheduling, and maintenance.
Some weekend and evening hours may be required.
Minimum Education
Associate’s degree or:
1. An equivalent combination of two years of education and related experience in office administration / secretarial work or related field OR
2. Two years of related experience in office administration / secretarial work, or related field.
Minimum Experience
At least one year of experience in an inventory and/or scheduling function with related administrative/clerical experience.
Authorization to work in the US
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Education
At least one year of supervisory experience.
Experience with or articulated interest in working in an arts focused environment.
