DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

We're looking for a creative thinker with excellent writing skills to help us elevate that work as our full-time, in-house copywriter. As a member of the creative team, our copywriter will write and edit copy for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), working closely with the marketing teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging. Thorough research will be required to understand each individual property's brand, unique products/services, and marketing goals. The most successful copywriter will be a quick learner with a versatile writing style.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· As a member of the creative team, our copywriter will write and edit copy for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), working closely with the marketing teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging
· Thorough research will be required to understand each individual property's brand, unique products/services, and marketing goals
· Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
· Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action
· Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by each property brand
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and residential industry trends
· Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging for reach property brand
· Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
· Understand and execute the unique brand voice
of multiple properties across many digital
platforms
· Collaborate with the marketing team to execute monthly email and social media campaigns
· Proof-read digital and printed marketing materials ·Write social media posts and marketing emails as well as some printed materials and website copy
· Support members of the marketing team with verbiage for internal communications, signage, and B2B materials
· Understand the property's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, and in-person meetings
· Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
· Collaborate with marketing team from concept development to delivery of final product
· Present copy concepts and final deliverables to marketing team
· Revise copy based on marketing and executive team feedback/direction

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, English, communications, or related discipline
· Minimum 4-5 years professional copywriting experience with solid portfolio of work
· Exceptional writing and research skill
· Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
· Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, Figma skills is a plus.

Must be comfortable going into the One World Trade office Monday-Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
