The role of a CounselLink Account Manager is to secure the base of existing CounselLink clients while attaining annual revenue growth as well as one-time services revenue within an assigned territory of existing clients. The Account Manager must be able to successfully establish and nurture relationships with Executive level decision makers and key stakeholders through regular touch points, formal account reviews, recommendations for feature utilization and projects, budget planning, etc. Critical to the success of an Account Manager is effectively employing the following skill sets: consultative selling, relationship management, oral and written communication, and forecasting, among others.
